Inspired by Sweet Eats Game Day Beer Chili
This version of the chili has been streamlined for mass production. By simplifying the ingredient list and focus, I’ve reduced both the cost per serving and the prep complexity without sacrificing that signature heartiness. unfortunately that also means cutting out the beer, however, if your budget allows, I highly recommend adding it back in for extra depth. Any beer will do, but I prefer Guinness.
This recipe is a flexible base designed for experimentation. While you should feel free to tweak the spices and add your own signature ingredients, there is one “sacred” component: the 1/2 cup of maple syrup. It provides a unique depth of flavor that defines the dish just be careful not to overdo it, or you’ll cross the line into dessert territory!
